munCLUB is an extracurricular activity that has been running for more than 6 years. Last year, it experienced a great boom, with a total of 100 participants in the 4 training groups, and more than 150 attendances to different MUNs throughout the year.

But, what is munCLUB?

There are two sides to munCLUB: training (munTRAINING) and competition and participation in MUN.

munTRAINING was born in 2019, training munCLUB members to learn skills such as public speaking, negotiation, persuasion and leadership with the aim of using them during the MUN sessions, as well as in their future professional careers.

Made up of 5 weekly sessions of 1 hour and a half in which 50% is direct participation of the attendees, all the classes are led by URJC trainers with extensive experience in Model United Nations.

In addition to the training sessions, all munCLUB members have the opportunity to attend two specific training sessions for the Model they are going to attend.

These trainings are additional to the munTRAINING program and ensure that all the participants of the URJC delegation are properly prepared to guarantee that they will do well within their committees. They will be able to participate as a part of the Rey Juan Carlos University delegation.
